Bicycling out to and around Lake Samish in the autumn

Sunset dappling through the trees as I climb the hill on Old Samish Highway just north of the lake.

Sun, fog and autumn colors around the lake.

Then a not too macho promotion at a Viking volley ball game in Carver Gym at Western Washington University as I passed through campus on my way home.

Friday night before my ride, Bellingham Herald sign pierces the fog in downtown Bellingham.

cycling is an hobby that involves a excellent deal of pedaling. normally, it's miles assumed that this pastime facilitates best in toning the muscle groups of the calf and thighs, however it is in reality an common physical exercise and includes the motion of almost each a part of the frame. The arm muscles are also reinforced because they may be required to balance the cycle. In kids, a sturdy development in bone and muscle fitness has been noticed after normal cycling classes. there's even strong proof displaying that the fitness of muscle groups is without delay associated with cycling. because of the accelerated flexibility of muscular tissues, aerobic fitness receives a lift. garmin 810
